Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xp78 ("xp78", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at xp78.net ("Platform", "Site"). By accessing or using any part of the xp78 platform — including but not limited to the casino, sportsbook, live dealer games, slot games, fishing games, and any promotional services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of xp78, including players registered in Pakistan and any other jurisdiction where xp78 services are accessible. xp78 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Eligibility

To register and use xp78 services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

xp78 may request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested will result in the suspension of your account until compliance is confirmed. Any winnings accrued on an account held by an ineligible player — including underage users — are void and will be forfeited in full.

Account Registration

To access xp78 gaming and betting services, you must create a registered account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number where applicable. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the xp78 platform. You are solely responsible for:

Deposits & Withdrawals

xp78 supports the following Pakistani payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast. All transactions on xp78 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). xp78 does not charge platform-level fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your xp78 balance instantly or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method selected.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction on the platform.
• xp78 only accepts deposits made directly by the account holder from a payment method registered in their own name.
• Deposits made in error cannot be automatically reversed; contact xp78 support immediately if an incorrect deposit is made.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit ("same-source withdrawal policy").
• xp78 processes withdrawal requests within a standard processing period, subject to identity verification and applicable bonus wagering requirements being fully met.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or rejected where xp78 has grounds to believe the request is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• xp78 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, as required under international gaming compliance standards.
• Real money funds and bonus funds are held separately in your xp78 wallet. Bonus balances are not withdrawable until associated wagering requirements are completed.

Bonuses & Promotions

xp78 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and event-specific promotions tied to cricket, PSL, UFC, and other sporting events. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer.

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. xp78 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or claw back any bonus where it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games for each promotion will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds expire if the associated wagering requirements are not completed within the specified validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• xp78 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonus funds already credited to player accounts.
• Players who deposit exclusively to meet bonus wagering requirements without genuine recreational play may, at xp78's discretion, have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for compliance.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino wagering conducted on the xp78 platform. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published separately within the xp78 sportsbook interface.

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. xp78 does not honour bets placed after an event has commenced unless the market is explicitly offered as in-play or live betting.
• xp78 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was offered in error, including pricing errors, where the displayed odds do not reflect the genuine market value.
• Maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip and may be adjusted by xp78 at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, xp78's decision — informed by official results from recognised governing bodies such as the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) — will be final and binding.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your xp78 wallet balance promptly following official result confirmation.
• xp78 does not accept bets placed by persons with insider knowledge of the event outcome. Any such bet is void, and the account involved may be permanently closed.
• xp78 reserves the right to limit the betting activity of any account, including reducing maximum stake limits, at its absolute discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the xp78 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances.

• Registering more than one account on xp78, whether under your own name or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with xp78 games, bet placement systems, or support interfaces.
• Colluding with other players in casino table games, poker, or any other multi-player format.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets with prior knowledge of a fixed outcome in any sporting event.
• Conducting, facilitating, or attempting to conduct money laundering through deposits and withdrawals on the xp78 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known bugs must be reported to xp78 support and are subject to reversal.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing xp78 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to circumvent xp78's self-exclusion or account closure systems after requesting such measures.

xp78 cooperates with law enforcement authorities and relevant regulatory bodies in investigations relating to fraudulent or criminal conduct on the platform. Any evidence of criminal activity identified by xp78's compliance team will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notification to the player concerned.

Intellectual Property

All content on the xp78 platform — including but not limited to the xp78 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of xp78 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xp78 platform solely for your own personal recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any xp78 content without explicit written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any xp78 software or game.
• Use xp78 trademarks or branding in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without written permission.
• Create derivative works based on any xp78 content or platform features.

Unauthorised use of xp78 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law. xp78 will actively pursue enforcement of its intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xp78 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the xp78 platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation, any loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.

xp78 does not warrant that the platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, and unforeseen technical issues may affect platform availability. xp78 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably possible.

In all cases where xp78 is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability of xp78 to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

xp78 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By creating an xp78 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by xp78 includes registration information, transaction records, gaming history, device and browser data, and communications with xp78 support. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your xp78 account by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (net of bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and any outstanding wagering requirements being satisfied.

xp78 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, match-fixing, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider without prior notification to xp78.
• Any court order or regulatory instruction requiring account closure.

Upon termination for cause, xp78 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, balances derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Amendments to These Terms

xp78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to xp78's operating jurisdiction. xp78 will acknowledge and respond to formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory body applicable to xp78's operations. xp78's decision on all gaming disputes — including bet settlement, bonus disputes, and account issues — shall be final and binding, subject to the above escalation process.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani consumer protection law. xp78 does not seek to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
